You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hotel Auenhof GmbH & Co KG, info@auenhof.com, +43 5583 2541) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In this case, we will immediately send you confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal. Furthermore, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; we will not charge any fees for this reimbursement.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (e.g. partially or fully redeemed vouchers, services).
