Cancellation

If you cancel an appointment less than six hours before, or don’t appear, we will charge 50 % of the massage fee.

Valuables

Please deposit your valuables in your safe in your room. We will assume no liability if you forget any valuables during the massage. We are happy to keep your valuables at the front desk for you.

Important notes for our masseur

Please inform our masseur before starting the massage about any physical complaints or a pregnancy.

Delay

We ask for your understanding that, with a late appearance to an appointment, the massage time can not be extended.

*For 25-minute massages we can only guarantee the appointment with two treatments booked for the same day.
